How It Works

Every new client starts with a Complimentary Consultation Visit — we come to you, meet your pet in their own space, and go over everything before a single night is booked. Once that visit is complete and you feel confident, we hold your dates with a $25 booking fee. It is the step that makes everything else feel easy.

Deposit & Payment

We require a flat $25 booking fee to hold your dates. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your stay begins. We do not require full payment months in advance.

What's the difference between Premier Care and Signature Care?

Premier Care (Tyler) means work-from-home supervision. Someone genuinely present at your home most of the day, every day. Signature Care (Kennedy) means reliable, structured morning and evening check-ins with consistent scheduling. The difference is about daily availability and service scope, not quality. Both sitters operate under the same standards for communication, care, and discretion.
Why do you charge per day instead of per night?

Most platforms price overnight stays, which means a sitter providing all-day care goes uncompensated for daytime hours. We charge per day because that's what we actually provide , daytime supervision, potty breaks every 2–4 hours, enrichment, feeding, photo updates, and presence. It's an honest reflection of what your pet receives, not a platform workaround.
Do you really only take one household at a time?

Yes , for Premier Care (Tyler), always, no exceptions. Your pet receives complete, undivided attention and your home is never shared with another client's animals. This is a cornerstone of our service model and directly supports the quality of care we're able to provide.
How does the deposit and payment process work?

A 50% deposit is required to hold your dates, sent via Venmo or Zelle after we confirm your request. The remaining 50% is due 3 days before your stay begins. Cancellations 7 or more days in advance receive a full deposit refund. We intentionally don't require full payment months ahead of your stay , that's a deliberate policy, not an oversight.
What does estate care include?

For stays of 3 or more days, basic home care is included at no extra charge. This covers mail and package collection, plant watering, and general home oversight. For extended stays or more involved home care needs, additional services are available on request and subject to a separate fee. Just mention it when you book and we will discuss what works.
Do you handle medications and senior dogs?

Yes. Tyler has extensive experience with oral medications, injections, senior care, and separation anxiety across dogs and cats alike. Please detail any medical needs in your booking request so we can confirm fit before your stay is confirmed.
What happens at the Complimentary Consultation Visit?

Every new client receives a Complimentary Consultation Visit before their first stay — at no charge, no obligation. We come to you. Your pet meets their sitter in the comfort of their own home, in a calm and familiar environment. We go over their routine, home access, any special instructions, and everything else we need to know. It is the step that turns a stranger into someone you trust. Most clients tell us this is when they felt confident enough to book.
Do you offer dog walking?

No , and intentionally so. We specialize in in-home sitting and estate care, which allows us to maintain the one-household focus and quality standard that defines our service. We're not a general pet services company. If walking is your primary need, we'd recommend finding a walker who can give it the dedicated attention it deserves.
